Complementary phone support is available from LithoTel Software Design for the first 30 days from installation date. After the thirty day period has expired, technical support may be purchased on either a case by case basis or via annual support contract.
Support contract customers are entitled to priority service with senior technical staff, and may enjoy the benefit of periodic special offers from LithoTel and our dealer network.
