How does it work?
A ColorLinx Preset system consists of a CIP-3 file parser software residing in prepress and an ink key Preset software application installed on a press side PC.

The CIP-3 file parser takes files from the prepress workflow and determines ink coverage for all press units, on all ink keys. The reformatted file is sent to the press side PC, where the ColorLinx Preset system uses the file to position the ink keys for each unit.
