LithoTel Print Quality Audits begin with a full on site assessment of all of the prepress operations and on to the production of a press test form. The audit process continues with a press run, where optimum densities, dot gains and trap overprints are established. Upon completing an analysis of the printed sheets, a detailed report is generated for the customer. This report will identify possible areas of concern, and will also contain suggestions for improving these situations.

An audit by LithoTel provides an excellent entry into the ISO Certification Program or a way of getting back on track when the wheels fall off. Each of the major color reproduction processes in your plant will be classified and measured. This is in keeping with the ISO specifications for monitoring the plant's manufacturing functions. With the audit completed you will have a current set of values that identify your present operating conditions along with a set of current standards that will keep you matching your pre press proofs more reliably.
